Lesley Steiner — Head Coach

Since 2012, Coach Lesley Steiner has immersed herself in martial arts — starting with boxing to lose weight and break up the monotony of a regular gym routine. She was quickly hooked, and moved into Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai training soon after. She’s officially ranked in Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Jeffrey Carter, earning her brown belt in 2022, and in Muay Thai under the late Ajarn Rick Davis. Along the way, she’s competed and coached across boxing, kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA.

Teaching has been a passion since early in her own martial arts journey, and youth classes remain her favorite to lead — there’s nothing she loves more than watching a nervous first-timer turn into a confident competitor.
